This Privacy Policy explains how NotaVault (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information when you use our mobile application.

Scope

This policy covers the NotaVault iOS/iPadOS app and our informational website. It does not cover third-party services you may choose to use with NotaVault (e.g., cloud drives).

Information We Handle

1. Content you import (on device) When you import PDFs or other supported files and create annotations, this content is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this content.

2. Optional sync / backup If you enable iCloud sync/backup, your data is stored in your private iCloud container managed by Apple. Apple’s Privacy Policy applies to iCloud.

3. Diagnostics Apple may provide anonymized crash logs and performance metrics if you have opted in to “Share with App Developers.” We do not collect advertising identifiers.

4. Support communications If you contact us for support, we may receive your email and any information you voluntarily provide to help resolve your issue.

• Provide app functionality (importing, organizing, annotating scores).

• Maintain and improve performance and reliability.
