How do I cancel a subscription?

Subscriptions are managed directly via the App Store or Google Play. On iOS: Settings β†’ your name β†’ Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store β†’ Payments and Subscriptions β†’ Subscriptions.

I deleted the app and want to restore my purchases. Is it possible?

Yes. Reinstall the app, open the purchase/subscription screen, and tap "Restore purchases". Apple/Google detect you've already bought it and unlock the content without charging again.

Does my data persist if I reinstall the app?

It depends. Apps using iCloud (e.g., Avori, Nota Vault) sync your data in your Apple account and restore on reinstall. Purely local apps lose data on uninstall β€” check the app's App Store description.

I found a bug. How do I report it?

Email suporte@cappriola.com with: app name, version (visible in Settings or the About screen), device model, description of what happened, and screenshots or video if possible. We reply within 2 business days.

I want to suggest a feature.

We love suggestions. Email feedback@cappriola.com with the app name and the idea. We read everything (and reply to almost everything).
