Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Cappriola (Dilermando Barbosa Junior Consultoria em Tecnologia da Informação LTDA, CNPJ 32.495.770/0001-90) collects, uses, and protects information from users of our apps and this site.

This is the general Cappriola policy. Each app may have a complementary specific policy, always linked from the app's App Store page.

1. Data we collect

Most of our apps run entirely on your device and don't collect personally identifiable data. When we do collect anything, it's only:

• Anonymous usage data: interaction events (screens viewed, actions taken) to understand what works and what to improve. This data doesn't identify you.
• Crash diagnostics: aggregated crash reports, without personal information.
• Data you provide voluntarily: for example, if you email our support, we keep that email to reply to you.

We don't sell personal data. Ever.

2. Purchases and subscriptions

In-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). Cappriola does not have access to your card data. We receive only an anonymous purchase identifier to unlock content within the app.

3. Apple Sign-In and iCloud

Some apps offer login with Apple ID and iCloud sync. When you use these features:

• We receive only the anonymous identifier generated by Apple
• Synced data is stored in your iCloud account, under your control
• Cappriola does not have access to the content of your synced data

4. Device permissions

When an app requests a permission (notifications, camera, photos, etc.) it's always for a specific function explained at the moment of the request. You can revoke any permission at any time in iOS or Android settings.

5. Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not intentionally collect data from minors. If you are a guardian and believe this has occurred, please email privacy@cappriola.com and we will immediately remove it.

6. Your rights (LGPD)

Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law, you have the right to:

• Confirm that we process your data
• Access the data we hold
• Correct incomplete or outdated data
• Request anonymization or deletion of data
• Request portability
• Revoke consent

To exercise any of these rights, write to privacy@cappriola.com. We reply within 15 business days.

7. Retention

We retain personal data only for the time necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as legally required.

8. Security

We use reasonable security practices to protect information in our care, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and restricted access.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy periodically. Relevant changes will be flagged within the apps or on this site. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
