Tower Surge

This policy describes how the app Tower Surge handles user data. It complements the Cappriola general Privacy Policy — read both to understand the full scope.

In case of conflict between this specific policy and the general one, this one prevails for the Tower Surge app.

The Tower Surge runs primarily on your device. Cappriola may collect:

• Anonymous usage data — interaction events within the app (screens viewed, actions taken) to measure what works and prioritize improvements. This data does not identify you personally.
• Crash diagnostics — automated, aggregated crash reports without personal information. Collected via Apple's standard tools (App Store Connect).

We don't sell, rent, or share this data with third parties for marketing.

When you make a purchase or subscribe within Tower Surge, the transaction is processed by Apple (App Store). Cappriola receives only the anonymous purchase identifier to unlock the corresponding content in the app.

Cappriola does not have access to your payment data, card, or Apple account. Refunds and cancellations are handled directly by Apple.

Tower Surge is free and supported by ads served by Google AdMob (banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded ads). To serve and measure ads, Google may collect device identifiers (such as the advertising identifier) and ad-interaction data. This processing is governed by Google's privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy.

On iOS, the app asks for tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency) before initializing ads. If you decline, you still see ads — they are simply not personalized. Campaign attribution uses Apple's SKAdNetwork, which is aggregated and does not identify you.

You can reset or limit your advertising identifier at any time in your device's privacy settings. Rewarded ads are always optional and only play when you choose to watch them.

If Tower Surge offers iCloud sync, your data is stored in your Apple account under Apple's Terms. Cappriola does not have access to synced content.

Data that stays only on the device (no iCloud) is automatically removed when you uninstall the app.

The app may request specific permissions (notifications, camera, photos, etc.) for specific functions — always explained at the time of the request. You can revoke any permission at any time in iOS Settings → Tower Surge.

App Store age rating: +4. The app does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you are a guardian and believe this occurred, email privacy@cappriola.com and we'll remove the data.

You can exercise all rights provided under Brazil's General Data Protection Law — access, correction, anonymization, deletion, portability, and revocation of consent. See details in the general Privacy Policy.
