Brain Level

This policy describes how the app Brain Level handles user data. It complements the Cappriola general Privacy Policy — read both to understand the full scope.

In case of conflict between this specific policy and the general one, this one prevails for the Brain Level app.

Brain Level uses Firebase Authentication for guest and permanent accounts. If you create an account, Firebase may process your user ID, sign-in provider and email address. Google Cloud Firestore stores your profile, preferences, MAI and skill results, streak, daily training summaries and attempts so the app can sync them across devices.

Hive stores preferences and a local cache on your device. You can delete your cloud account and associated data from Profile > Settings > Delete account, or use the public account-deletion page.

The free version uses Google AdMob for banner, interstitial and optional rewarded ads. Google's User Messaging Platform asks for privacy choices where required. Brain Level does not request App Tracking Transparency permission and does not enable tracking by default. Ad requests are blocked until the Google SDK says they may be made.

Depending on your consent, region and device settings, Google may process device information, advertising identifiers, approximate location derived from IP address, diagnostics and ad interactions to deliver, secure and measure ads. Privacy choices can be reopened from Profile > Settings when required.

App Store or Google Play processes payment details. Brain Level receives product, transaction and entitlement information needed to unlock Premium, restore purchases and prevent duplicate entitlement. Cappriola does not receive your full card or store password. Deleting an account does not cancel a store subscription.

The current Brain Level release does not send app events to Firebase Analytics or crashes to Firebase Crashlytics. Apple and Google may provide aggregated store and crash diagnostics under their own terms. If Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics is enabled in a future release, this policy and the store privacy declarations will be updated before collection begins, and consent will be respected where required.

The app may request specific permissions (notifications, camera, photos, etc.) for specific functions — always explained at the time of the request. You can revoke any permission at any time in iOS Settings → Brain Level.

App Store age rating: 4+. The app does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you are a guardian and believe this occurred, email privacy@cappriola.com and we'll remove the data.

You can exercise all rights provided under Brazil's General Data Protection Law — access, correction, anonymization, deletion, portability, and revocation of consent. See details in the general Privacy Policy.
